The study intends to anticipate two alternate scenarios in the land use allocation (urban planning qualifications) of the plots that are created by the PMU redistribution of the block formed by the streets Sancho d’Àvila, Àlaba, Almogàvers and Pamplona, particularly to the current location and use forecasts for 7@ and 22@HS.

The objective of the study is to identify alternative land use allocation scenarios to those proposed by the current PMU.

The current study considers that there are alternative scenarios that resolve the identified problems, without creating new ones that could affect other stakeholders and members of the PMU.
